Induction electric technologyIs the future

The evolution of cooking

One million years.
Six big leaps.

Fire changes everything. The hearth at the center.Fire, enclosed.Fuel meets the modern kitchen.Magnetism takes over.All-electric. By design.
Prehistoric · ~1,000,000 BC

Fire changes everything.

Early humans discovered fire 1–2 million years ago, transforming raw food into cooked meals — safer, more nourishing, and easier to digest. Roasting over open flame and heated stones were the first cooking methods.

The world's first professional induction griddle.
Industry first

The world's first professional induction griddle.

No flame. No propane. No soot. Our Induction Griddle delivers restaurant-grade outdoor heat with even, magnetic precision across a carbon-steel surface — flush-mount or freestanding.

  • 36" wide carbon-steel cooking surface.

  • No PFAS — bare, seasonable steel.

  • All-electric — no propane, no soot.

  • Marine-grade hardware, built for the outdoors.

Why induction

We've cooked on fire for a million years.
Induction is the upgrade.

Gas brought control to the kitchen — and combustion with it: fumes, open flame, wasted heat. Induction keeps the control and removes the compromise — better performance, a cleaner and safer kitchen, and lower running costs, all at once.

01 Performance

Restaurant-grade precision

Electromagnetic energy heats the pan directly — instant response, exact temperature control. Sear hotter, boil in under two minutes, and hold a hollandaise indefinitely. Chef-rated for professional output.

02 Health & Safety

Clean air, cooler surfaces

No flame, no combustion, no carcinogenic fumes vented into your home. The cooktop heats the pan, not the surface around it — dramatically safer with children in the kitchen.

03 Sustainability

All-electric efficiency

Roughly 90% of energy reaches your food, versus ~40% on gas. No CO₂ at the cooktop, solar- and off-grid-capable, and built to last — the most sustainable kitchen is one that keeps performing.

Induction vs. the alternatives

Better on the things
you actually notice.

Induction Gas Electric coil/ceramic
Time to boil 1L ~90 sec ~4 min ~5 min
Temperature control Instant & exact Good Slow to respond
Indoor air quality No combustion Emits byproducts No combustion
Surface safety Stays cooler Open flame Stays hot after use
Energy efficiency ~90% ~40% ~74%
Cleanup Flat, wipe-clean Grates & caps Flat surface

Eco savings

See what your state pays you to switch.

Federal, state, and utility programs now cover a serious share of going all-electric — up to $840 toward an induction range alone. Pick your state to see what applies.

Every state

Every state qualifies for something.

Under the federal Inflation Reduction Act’s HEAR program, income-qualified households can receive up to $840 toward an electric or induction range, up to $4,000 toward an electrical panel upgrade, and up to $2,500 toward wiring. Households under 80% of Area Median Income may have 100% of costs covered; households at 80–150% AMI, 50%. Rollout timing varies by state energy office.

Incentive programs change frequently and many depend on household income relative to Area Median Income. Amounts shown are program maximums, not guarantees. Confirm current availability with your state energy office before purchase.

Built to last. Built to matter.

The Industry Leading standard
for appliances.

We believe the most sustainable appliance is the one that never reaches a landfill. Every engineering decision we make — from factory to firmware — reflects that commitment.

Solar-powered manufacturing

Our facility runs on renewable solar energy. Every range we build is manufactured with a net-zero electricity footprint from day one.

Net-zero manufacturing

Restore & Renew program

Our refurbishment program returns out-of-service appliances to full factory condition — and keeps them out of landfills.

Circular by design

Lifetime parts warranty

Parts covered forever. A product engineered not to be replaced is one that earns a permanent place in your kitchen — and off the scrap heap.
