The cooktop

Heat that lands on the pan, not the room.

Electromagnetic fields heat your cookware directly — instant, exact, and effortless to clean. Seven elements, from a delicate 1200W simmer to a 3700W power burner with boost.

  • European ceramic glass, made in France — scratch-resistant, shatter-resistant, cool-to-the-touch when cookware is removed.

  • Cast-metal knobs with LED + haptic feedback — pro control you can feel, not a flat touch panel.

  • Smart safety built in — child lock, auto shut-off, no-pan detection and hot-surface indicator.

Dual convection ovens

Two true ovens. One extraordinary range.

A new standard for the category: two independent European convection ovens, each able to sustain a blistering 660°F. Roast and bake at once, at different temperatures, without compromise.

  • 5.1 + 2.6 cu ft capacity — a full holiday roast in one, sides and dessert in the other.

  • Telescoping 304 stainless racks with full extension and premium soft-close hinges.

  • Retina-class touchscreen + included meat probe — and a self-cleaning cycle for easy upkeep.

More than a range

Five appliances. One footprint.

The oven you cook in is also the pizza oven, air fryer, dehydrator, and proofing box you'd otherwise buy separately. No extra counters. No extra appliances.

Two true convection ovens

Two independent European convection ovens, each holding a steady temperature up to 660°F. Roast and bake at once — different dishes, different temperatures, no compromise.

  • 5.1 + 2.6 cu ft of true convection
  • Telescoping racks with soft-close hinges

True 660°F pizza oven

Reaches the temperature of a traditional clay oven, with dedicated wood-fired, New York, and pan-pizza settings. The premium pizza stone is included.

  • Leoparded, blistered crust in minutes
  • Professional results, no special skill

Full-size air fryer

Crisps with little to no oil across a true oven cavity — far more capacity than any countertop basket. Healthier fries, wings, and roasted vegetables for the whole table.

  • Reclaim your counter space
  • Convection-even crisping, edge to edge

Gentle dehydrator

Low, even heat preserves fruits, vegetables, herbs, and meats — locking in flavor and nutrients. Apple chips, dried herbs, and jerky, no separate machine required.

  • Low, even 95–165°F dehydrate range
  • Healthy snacks with zero additives

Bakery-grade proofing box

A gentle, stable warm environment for rising dough and culturing yogurt — the steady low heat you'd otherwise buy a dedicated proofing box for.

  • Tight 78–82°F proof band
  • Perfect rise for sourdough & enriched doughs
Kitchen climate

A gas burner is a space heater you cook on.

Six tenths of every therm never reaches the pan. It goes into your room, your cabinets and your air conditioner. Set your kitchen below and read the thermometer minute by minute.

Lifetime cost

Gas is the expensive habit.

Almost none of it is the fuel. It is the meter charge you cannot avoid, the cooling load the flame creates, and the range you buy again in seventeen years. Set your own rates and read it straight — including the years where gas is still ahead.

Going fully electric lets you close the gas account — and stop paying the monthly customer charge whether you cook or not.

See what your state pays you to switch.

Federal, state, and utility programs now cover a serious share of going all-electric — up to $840 toward an induction range alone. Pick your state to see what applies.

Every state

Every state qualifies for something.

Under the federal Inflation Reduction Act’s HEAR program, income-qualified households can receive up to $840 toward an electric or induction range, up to $4,000 toward an electrical panel upgrade, and up to $2,500 toward wiring. Households under 80% of Area Median Income may have 100% of costs covered; households at 80–150% AMI, 50%. Rollout timing varies by state energy office.

Incentive programs change frequently and many depend on household income relative to Area Median Income. Amounts shown are program maximums, not guarantees. Confirm current availability with your state energy office before purchase.
