Galen Bradford

Galen brings an extensive background in tech, brand-building, manufacturing, and e-commerce. Over the past 15 years he founded Rustic Kitchen and Bath, served as managing director of The Range Hood Store, and founded multiple mobile software companies. A key pioneer in drop-shipping large appliances, he helped build ZLINE Kitchen from $6M to $300M+ in sales as managing director and CMO/COO. He is mission-driven to usher in the next generation of electric appliances, indoors and out.

Brian Pick

With a world-class legal, financial, and entrepreneurial background, Brian has represented numerous Fortune 100, 500, and 1000 companies — along with NYSE- and NASDAQ-listed firms — on transactions, acquisitions, financings, and complex legal matters at every scale. He regularly serves as angel investor, board member, and outside general counsel to companies at all stages of development.

Eric Keller

Eric has over 25 years of product-development experience, leading teams in advanced device development, business-case development, design controls for medical devices, commercial launch, and end-of-life planning. He has led Fortune 50 internal and outsourced teams, coordinating multi-year design cycles for game-changing products across a wide range of industries and use cases.

Matt Biondi

Matt brings deep skills running creative departments and world-class brand marketing. He was Creative Director at ZLINE for seven years during its growth phase, building the brand and the content that disrupted an industry. Founder and CMO of an outdoor grill company, lead designer for Hunter Douglas, and consultant to luxury interior design firms, Matt is one of the creative pioneers who has elevated the entire appliance industry.
