Influencer Program Terms and Conditions

The Induction Hardware Influencer Program (“Program”) lets approved content creators (“Participants,” “you”) receive a discount on Induction Hardware (“IH,” “we,” “us”) products and earn a commission on qualifying sales made through a unique Participant link or code, in exchange for authentic content and compliance with these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

Participation is non-exclusive on IH’s part and does not make you an employee, agent, or representative of IH. IH may accept, decline, pause, or remove any applicant or Participant at its sole discretion, at any time.

You must be at least 18 years old, maintain an active presence on at least one public social media platform, and submit accurate information in your Program application.

No discount code or affiliate link is issued until IH reviews and approves your application in writing. IH may request additional information before approving, renewing, or continuing your participation.

Approved Participants receive: a 20% discount off qualifying IH products purchased through your Participant account, subject to order limits and product availability; and a 10% commission on net sales attributable to your unique affiliate link or code, calculated on the sale price excluding taxes, shipping, discounts, and returned or cancelled orders, under a 30-day attribution window.

These are the standard terms of the Program. Select Participants may be invited to a separate, individually negotiated Brand Ambassador Agreement with additional benefits, deliverables, and terms. An invitation to that agreement is at IH’s sole discretion and is not guaranteed by Program participation.

We encourage Participants to create authentic content featuring IH products in a way that reflects their own voice. The Program does not require a fixed posting quota, but content associated with your Participant link or code must be accurate, comply with IH’s published brand guidelines, and not make unsubstantiated claims about IH products.

Every piece of sponsored or affiliate content must include a clear and conspicuous disclosure of your relationship with IH, consistent with the FTC’s Endorsement Guides and any applicable platform policy.

By posting content that features IH products, tags or mentions IH, or uses your Participant link or code, you grant IH a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, excerpt, and repost that content across IH’s marketing channels, including paid advertising, with attribution where practical.

You retain ownership of your content and your accounts. This license survives if you leave the Program, but only as to content already posted while you were an active Participant.

You participate in the Program as an independent contractor, not as an employee of IH. You are not eligible for employee benefits, IH does not withhold taxes on your behalf, and you are solely responsible for your own tax obligations arising from Program benefits and commissions.

While an active Participant, you may not simultaneously promote a directly competing kitchen appliance brand (including competing induction ranges, cooktops, range hoods, or major kitchen appliances) without IH’s prior written consent. This restriction does not apply to brands outside that category.

Any non-public information IH shares with you, including unreleased products, pricing, or marketing plans, is confidential and may only be used to participate in the Program.

Notice under the Defend Trade Secrets Act of 2016: you will not be held criminally or civilly liable under any federal or state trade secret law for disclosing a trade secret that is made in confidence to a government official or an attorney, solely to report or investigate a suspected violation of law, or in a court filing made under seal.

IH may, in its sole discretion, immediately suspend or remove any Participant from the Program and deactivate their discount code and affiliate link if the Participant’s content or conduct could, in IH’s opinion, reflect negatively on or adversely impact IH; disparages IH or its products; conflicts with IH’s mission or values; or otherwise breaches these Terms.

Program participation is ongoing and at will. You may leave the Program at any time by notifying IH. IH may end, modify, or suspend the Program, or your participation in it, at any time.

Commissions earned before your termination date are paid on the normal schedule, subject to the standard clawback for refunds or chargebacks. No further discount or commission accrues after your participation ends.

You will indemnify and hold harmless IH from claims, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or a third party’s rights.

IH’s total liability to you under these Terms is capped at the lesser of $500 or the total discount value and commissions paid to you in the preceding 6 months. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

IH may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued participation in the Program after a change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washoe County, Nevada, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

By checking the box in the Program application and submitting it, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them if approved as a Program Participant.
